Human Rights Campaign for Equal Marriage
The Human Rights Campaign logo was always a square enclosing an equal sign in yellow and blue. The organization works for the equal rights of the LGBT community and was founded since 1980. In March of this year, they changed their logo, turning it red and pink in representation of love to support same-sex marriage. Immediately the logo began to circulate on Facebook and became, according to official Phone Number List data from the social network, the most viral campaign in its history, as nearly 3.05 million users around the world, including celebrities and politicians, changed their profile picture for the logo supporting the rights of the LGBT community. CNN reported that more than 10 million people had a visual impact with the image.
